Slingshot Adds New Tools To Its Central Inbox Platform

Sales service platform Slingshot has unveiled technology that it says will help home service providers engage their customers in multiple channels from a single desktop application.

The new capabilities are part of Slingshot’s Central Inbox platform.

The product helps firms engage customers through a centralized inbox “without having to jump from one platform to the next,” states Adam Tolman, head of product at Slingshot.

Users can provide service via the customer’s preferred channels, including email, phone, text or web chat, the firm claims.  

In addition, the platform helps firms ensure that “every lead can be captured and every customer need can be managed,” states Taylor Olson, CEO of Slingshot. 

"When customers have the option to contact you in so many different ways these days, it's hard to keep track of it all, organize it, and only give access in a secure way to my employees,” states Ben Hulse, owner at Simply Green Pest Control. He says Central Inbox has streamlined the process for accomplishing this.

"Meeting our customers in the channels that they're using most and accustomed to is an important part of our strategy,” adds Gui Bergeron, president of Frontline Pest Control. “The convenience of being able to see all these incoming messages in one place is truly underrated.”
