Digital experience platform Episerver has acquired Optimizely, a firm that it claims will facilitate testing and help it deliver evidence-based outcomes online. Terms were not disclosed.
The deal combines Episerver's digital experience capabilities with Optimizely's ability to experiment across touchpoints, and is a transformative one, Episerver says.

Optimizely says it has over 1,000 clients, including such brands as Peloton, Nike and Uber.
