Twilio has named Jeremiah Brazeau as chief technology officer. 

Brazeau will lead Twilio’s technology strategy, putting Twilio’s technology architecture, platform, and data design under one leader.

Previously, Brazeau was a senior vice president and architect at Salesforce. He has also served as principal engineer at Amazon Robotics.

Brazeau, who will report to Twilio chief product officer Chee Chew, says the firm’s mission of fueling customer engagement "is so important, especially now in the time of COVID-19 where people are disconnected physically."
