Ad Condemns Trump's Misogynistic Treatment Of Women

The Lincoln Project is out with a withering ad on Trump’s demeaning treatment of women.

It mixes footage of well-known women role models like former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and the late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg with clips of Trump calling women “fat,” “ugly” and “stupid.”

He is also heard calling U.S. Senator and Democratic vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris a “monster.”

“Imagine a girl looking in the mirror, searching for role models to give her hope that one day she can make a difference,” the female narrator intones. “Now imagine how she feels watching women being verbally attacked,” routinely by Trump. “Your daughters are listening and absorbing that message right in front of your eyes.”

Trump’s misogynistic view is contrasted with that of Joe Biden, “who doesn’t just value a female voice but chooses one to be his righthand woman.” Harris is extolled as a role model favorably compared to Rice and Ginsburg that girls can look up to and learn from.

The call to action is to vote for Biden and Harris on Nov. 3.
