Gmail suffered an outage on Tuesday, although its exact impact was unclear at deadline. Google reportedly has resolved the issue.  

XDA Developers reports that difficulties hit users in India, Europe and parts of the United States.

Downdetector states that there are no problems with Gmail, although its map shows minor problems in the Northeastern U.S. and other areas. 

The G Suite Status Dashboard reports a Gmail issue, although other Google services do not appear to be affected. 

According to XDA Developers, Google states: “The problem with Gmail should be resolved for the vast majority of affected users. We will continue to work towards restoring service for the remaining affected users, but no further updates will be provided on the G Suite Status Dashboard.”
