AZDS Interactive, the developer of the RevRaise front-end hotel booking engine, is partnering with NAVIS to provide the NAVIS cart abandonment tool to RevRaise users.

The NAVIS platform allows reservations teams to follow up with potential customers via outbound email and phone.
The NAVIS platform captures stay and contact details when the customers enters a booking engine to create a CRM record.
The goal is to help hotels gain more direct bookings and utilize “the customer’s information to customize and personalize messaging, increasing customer lifetime value,” states Adam Deflorian, founder and CEO of AZDS Interactive.
Navis also provides an automated email capability.
