Multicultural marketing pioneer Roberto Orci is joining digital agency Captura Group as executive vice president, strategic growth. He’s tasked with leading initiatives that drive business for the agency and its roster of clients. He will also further develop Captura Group’s Hispanic and digital-first capabilities.
Most recently Orci served President and CEO of multicultural agencies Acento Advertising and La Agencia de Orci. Earlier in his career he worked at Ogilvy & Mather.
This new opportunity was a result of the pandemic, as Orci further explained in a LinkedIn post. “In the midst of my work and the changes we were living in business and society, I found myself frequently exchanging views with Lee Vann, Captura Group’s Chairman and longtime friend,” he writes. “I found a kindred soul addressing the importance of pivoting how we market and how we operate in an increasingly diverse and digital America.”
