IPG Dxtra, formerly known as the holding company’s Constituency Management Group, has appointed Jean Lee Swagert Chief People Officer. Lee Swagert will report to Andy Polansky, the division’s chairman and CEO and join its executive leadership team.

She joins from Weber Shandwick, a PR agency within the Dxtra division where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for North America.

Other Dxtra specialist units include Golin, Octagon, Jack Morton and FutureBrand.
