MessageGears has enhanced its Segment platform, a tool that enables B2C brands to use segmented data in campaigns.
One new feature, FastCache, helps users benefit from Segment’s integration with cloud data stores.
Brands can build blueprints, test segmentation with the provided population and begin testing with cached content.
In addition, MessageGears has updated its Visual Segmentation suite of tools. Marketers can use a visual drag-and-drop interface to segment available data, regardless of where it is stored, and test customer segmentations.
The combined tools modern file-system data stores and parallel execution, the company says.
The company argues that companies trying to segment tens of millions of users at a time may face data access and latency issues. The goal is to facilitate faster data access.
“B2C Marketers know they need to be able to access and utilize customer data faster and more effectively than ever before to keep up with constantly changing consumer behaviors,” states Nicholas Ziech-Lopez, senior director of product marketing at MessageGears.
FastCache and Visual Segmentation are available to MessageGears Segment users.
