Boston-based AMP Agency this morning announced the acquisition of San Francisco-based SmallTalk, which will be rebranded AMPXD.
Terms were not disclosed, but AMP -- a full-service digital shop boasting a team of 200 with offices in New York, Seattle, Los Angeles and Austin -- said SmallTalk has a staff of 40 and lists VMware as one of its biggest clients.
It also said the acquisitions follows a year in which AMP’s revenues grew 70% “during the pandemic.”
