Customer experience consultancy Envoy has named
Caroline Murphy as chief growth officer.
Murphy will oversee all communications and new business development in North America.
Previously, Murphy served as vice president
at Huge, and has also worked at McCann Worldgroup, Mosaic, DDB, and Harbinger Communications.
She is based in Toronto.
This news follows Envoy’s hiring of 10 remote
employees who work from Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Missouri, Maine, Florida, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
“The past year took a toll on many organizations, creating new
challenges and barriers when it came to recruitment, while also creating an environment for employees to feel safe and supported,” says Emma King, chief talent officer, Envoy.
The
company realized it needed to “alter the way we think about bringing in new talent,” King adds.
Murphy acknowledges that “an opportunity like this might not have been
presented to me because of where I live.”
Envoy serves such brands McDonald’s, Acorns, Vizio, Arlo, TaylorMade, Verizon, Nike, HyperX, and Diageo.
