Blackbaud, the fundraising management platform, is working with Campaign Monitor to fuel email engagement with donors.
Red Arc Systems partnered with the firms to connect the two.
The integration, which apparently serves Asia-Pacific clients, comes in response to an increasing number of clients who use both Raiser's Edge NXT and Campaign Monitor.
Joint customers will attain “a more sophisticated experience, with more control,” says Kevin Sher, president and general manager of Blackbaud's operations in Asia Pacific.
Clients can use Blackbaud’s native email and digital engagement tools or leverage Campaign Monitor when applicable. Red Arc enables them to operate like one solution, the firm says.
The combination creates an automated email marketing solution designed for the needs and goals of nonprofits and social good organization, the companies say.
One joint client is the University of Wollongong Australia, a university that recently upgraded to Raiser's Edge NXT and moved to Campaign Monitor for their dedicated email marketing platform, using Red Arc's Email Marketing Connector.
