Management consultant UX and tech solutions agency Credera, part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, has acquired consultant BrightGen and is opening an Atlanta office.
BrightGen is a Salesforce Summit Partner. Credera said the acquisition would bolster its own Salesforce-related expertise and its broader martech and customer-experience capabilities.
The firm will continue to be led by its co-CEOs Rob Stevens and Martin Tyte.
The deal follows an agreement earlier this year to purchase control of Areteans, which specializes in design, CRM and other digital transformation services.
The new Atlanta office follows the opening of a Los Angeles outpost a few months back. In addition to its Dallas headquarters, it also has operations in New York, Chicago and London.
