Marketing Firm Justuno Moves To 4-Day Workweek

Justuno, a provider of conversion marketing software, is rolling out a four-day workweek for employees in an effort to fight burnout and the impact of COVID-19. The change takes effect tomorrow, January 28, and will continue for the foreseeable future.

“The past two years have been filled with countless changes to almost every aspect of our lives,” states Justuno co-founder and CEO Erik Christiansen. “Adding an extra day to the weekend is simply a small step towards regaining balance, giving our team an opportunity to destress and spend more time doing the things that bring them joy.”

Justuno now has 50+ team members across 11 states.

The company cites the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM's) 2019 Employee Benefits survey of 2,763 HR specialists, showing that only 15%-32% of U.S.-based companies had at that time implemented a compressed workweek for even part of the year.

The 11-year-old firm provides a conversion platform with personalized messaging, AI-powered product recommendations, and visitor intelligence technology.

Justuno recently formed an integration with email automation firm Sendlane that it says will allow merchants to capture first-party data to grow their subscriber lists.

In addition, it has unveiled a template library that it says can help brands capture leads and send them email and SMS messages.
