New CTV QR Codes Tout Added Metrics

Global omnichannel ad exchange Sharethrough has launched CTV Dynamic QR Codes.

The Montreal-based company claims the codes offer metrics not previously available, such as scan rates that show directional indication of the engagement and attention to a brand's offering.

The codes can be automatically inserted into creative in connected TV campaigns targeting the Sharethrough Exchange through major DSPs, at no additional cost.

Advertisers can customize code elements such as background color, logo in QR code and call-to-action.
