Salesforce will acquire consulting partner Traction on Demand, the latter firm announced on Friday. Terms were not disclosed. 

Traction on Demand, up to now a dedicated Salesforce partner, will become part of Salesforce Professional Services. This unit helps Salesforce customers accelerate their time to attain value from its Customer 360 platform. 

The 14 year-old Traction on Demand is headquartered in Canada, and has locations in Australia, New Zealand, India and the U.S.

Recently, the company received a 2021 Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for Education. 

Previously, it acquired New Zealand-based Salesforce implementation firm Trineo, and was named a Slack Services partner.
