Pacaso a technology-enabled real estate marketplace that helps people buy and co-own a luxury second home, has selected Interpublic’s Mediahub and Publicis Groupe’s BBH as its new media
and creative agencies, respectively.
New work for the brands launches today, an international ad campaign called “Own It,” which will air in the U.S., UK, Germany and Sweden.
The Own It campaign was filmed at some of Pacaso’s properties. “Own It is the intersection of our owners’ approach to life, as well as a summation of
the modern and more sustainable approach to second home ownership that Pacaso provides,” said Pacaso CMO Whitney Curry. “Our inaugural campaign speaks to the Pacaso mission of making
second home ownership possible and enjoyable for more people. Our partners, BBH USA and Mediahub, are perfectly positioned to help propel Pacaso’s brand growth.”
Pacaso generated
nearly $300 million in revenue in 2021, the company’s first full year, and sold approximately 400 Pacaso units, among many other noteworthy brand milestones. The company plans to expand to more
than 30 new second home destinations in 2022. To date, Pacaso operates in more than 35 top second home destinations in the U.S. and Europe.
