Montreal-based Plus Company, a global alliance of creative, media and PR agencies has expanded its leadership with the addition of Benita Meswania, who is joining from Droga5 as Chief People Officer and Nathan Oliver, previously with Publicis Sapient who joins as Chief Growth Officer. 

At Droga5, Meswania was Global Head of HR for a little over two years. At Publicis Sapient Oliver served as Global Business Development Community Lead. 

The alliance was formed last fall and is led by CEO Brett Marchand, who previously led Vision7 and Cossette, now part of the alliance, which spans 20 agencies comprised of 3,000 staff in 12 countries spanning North America, Europe, The Middle East and Asia Pacific. 

In addition to Cossette participating agencies include We Are Social and its sister agencies, Socialize, Hello and Metta; fuseproject; All Inclusive Marketing (AIM), Camp Jefferson, Citizen Relations, Cossette Media, Eleven, Gene Global, Impact Research, Jungle Media, K72, Level Eleven, Magnet, Middle Child, PathIQ, Septième, and The Narrative Group (TNG). 

The senior management team also includes Martin Faucher, CFO, He Shen, Chief Development Officer, Sandra Giguere, General Counsel and Sharon Amster, Chief of Staff.
