Ecommerce products platform Aterian, Inc. has named
Cynthia Williams to its board of directors.
Williams is the president of Hasbro Inc.’s Digital Gaming Division and its subsidiary Wizards of the Coast.

the recent additions to our board of Susan Lattmann and Sarah Liebel and now Cynthia, we have significantly strengthened Aterian’s leadership,” says Yaniv
Sarig, Aterian’s Chief Executive Officer.
In February, the company announced that Lattmann and Liebel would join the board, and that Greg Petersen would
transition off, effective April 1.
Prior to joining Hasbro, Williams served as vice president and general manager of Microsoft Corporation's Gaming Ecosystem commercial team. Williams
previously spent nearly 11 years at Amazon.com.
In December 2021, Aterian secured a $50 million asset-backed credit facility with MidCap Financial Trust and repaid its existing $25 million
term loan with High Trail in cash.
