InboxReady, an email
deliverability platform being offered by Mailgun, is now available on Salesforce AppExchange.
The product is integrated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and can conduct a variety of
tasks to ensure that that emails land in the inbox, the company says.
The goal is to help drive email campaigns from “email verifications to inbox previews, to the data
generated to explain the success of a campaign,” says Josh Odom, CTO of parent brand Pathwire, a Sinch company.
According to Mailgun, InboxReady provides these features:
- Inbox placement testing — This allows marketers to see whether an email will land in the inbox or in a tab or in a spam folder, alerting them to possible issues.
- Email preview — This tool helps marketers identify bad formatting, broken links and code problems before they send, supporting 70 popular clients and
devices.
- Email verification — InboxReady cleans up existing contact lists and can be integrated into website forms or an app signup process to verify new
users, using InboxReady’s API.
- Blocklist monitoring — This feature allows marketers to track their IPs across a curated list of blocklist providers to spot and fix
problems.
- Spam trap monitoring — This helps users understand the quality of their email lists so they can protect their reputations.
Inbox
Ready also provides “deep analytics to help marketers optimize their email campaigns,” states Woodson Martin, GM of Salesforce AppExchange.
Sinch acquired Pathwire -- parent of
Mailgun, Mailjet and Email on Acid -- last year.
