Previously, DeCheser was Group Executive Creative Director at R/GA New York, working with Marvel, LEGO, ESPN and Google, His experience spans product/service innovation, brand transformation and campaigns. His work has been recognized internationally by Cannes Lions, CLIO and D&AD.
