Insurance Agents Offered Two-Way Email Communication

Two tech companies -- Levitate and HawkSoft -- are partnering to help insurance agencies write emails, texts and notes to answer communications. Previously, the arrangement was read-only. 

The integration combines Levitate’s email platform and HawkSoft’s management system, reducing the need to enter data into both. It will allow Levitate to write back emails, texts, and notes to HawkSoft.

Once enabled, the data syncs in real-time, keeping client communication histories up to date in HawkSoft, the firms say. This will provide more accurate records for users. 

”Two-way API integration will further simplify the process and free more time for our mutual agency partners to focus on protecting their clients," says Paul Hawkins, CEO of HawkSoft. 

The initial integration resulted in 2.2 million emails being sent via Levitate by nearly small businesses since the launch in March 2020, as well as 176,000 conversations between agents and their customers,
