Crossware Acquires Gangi.de In International Email Buy

The email signature business has experienced a piece of cross-global consolidation.

New Zealand-based B2B SaaS firm Crossware and the eKomi Group have acquired the German email signature provider Gangl.de. Terms were not disclosed.

The move is part of Crossware’s global expansion.

"This acquisition allows Crossware to control its destiny as a tech firm by allowing us to significantly scale in the European Union," states Troy Adams, managing director of Crossware.

"Gangl.de and Crossware are working together to change, educate and transform the use of email by companies as a most powerful marketing and data collection tool in their arsenal," adds Thomas Gangl, founder and managing director of Gangl.de.

Crossware is an email signature tool for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchane and HACI.

Gangl.de offers over 70 products and solutions based on the Microsoft email services universe, Crossware says.

Crossware claims to have a 10% share of the global email market. Its software is used on 1.8 billion emails per year across 80 countries, it says.

The firm was acquired in 2021 by the eKomi Group.
