Accenture Song Taps Publicis' Kelly For New Global Head Of Media Role

Accenture Song has named Kristen Kelly to the new position of global head of media and Dean Challis as North America Head of Media. Challis reports to Kelly who reports to Sarah Thompson, global communications lead at the global digital agency. 

Kelly, based in the UK will oversee Song’s global media practice, leveraging the company’s data, intelligence, metaverse and digital capabilities to help clients optimize their media strategies. 

Kelly spent close to two decades with Publicis Groupe, most recently as President, Precision EMEA, responsible for delivering data and technology enabled media solutions for all agencies within Publicis Media EMEA.  

Most recently she was COO of Terragon, a martech SaaS and data platform focused on Africa and emerging markets, and COO for Silverbullet a consultant focused on helping brands transition to a post-cookie world. 

Challis joins Song from sibling agency Droga5 where he spent six years as the head of communications strategy. Earlier he spent 10 years at GroupM agency MediaCom where he served at the agency’s New York, Sydney and London offices.
