Klaviyo And Wix.com Integrate To Drive Personalization

Klaviyo has formed an integration with Wix.com, an SaaS platform for managing clients' online presence, to facilitate personalized communications for Wix users. 

The goal is to provide brands with a tool that “strengthens customer relations, which can ultimately boost revenue,” says Billy Kovalsky, head of the Wix App Market. 

Users can easily integrate their Wix store with Klaviyo’s customer platform, Klaviyo says. In addition, they can access actions made on the Wix site like purchases, clicks, reviews, referrals, in Klaviyo. 

Klaviyo helps brands combine customer data with native integrations to automate personalized email and SMS communications. Merchants can use it to contextualize their customer data and create relevant messaging.

The Wix integration has been “highly requested from both Klaviyo customers and Wix users,” says Rich Gardner, senior vice president of Global Strategic Partnerships at Klaviyo. 

Gardner adds that that the firms’ missions are closely aligned. 

In August, Klaviyo announced that Shopify was investing $100 million in the company and that Klaviyo would be the recommended email partner for Shopify Plus. 

In June, Klaviyo launched a tool to help large brands unify their customer data to deliver what the firm says is personalized experiences at scale.
