Criteo Adds Execs To Enhance Commerce Media Platform

Global tech company Criteo hired two executives to its Americas Client Solutions team. The new personnel will build out Criteo’s Commerce Media Platform to help clients in the direct-to-consumer and performance marketing spaces.

Katie Kulik has been named executive managing director, client solutions and Courtey Cochrane is managing director, enterprise. They will support Criteo's roster of clients in the U.S., Canada and LATAM.

Previously, Kulik, a digital media and ad vet, was Chief Revenue Officer, CNET Media Group. She also worked at CBS in global digital ad sales. Kulik is charged with driving revenue and reports to Brian Gleason, Chief Revenue Officer. She said she was joining Criteo at an "exciting, pivotal point in the company’s growth."

Cochrane, also a longtime ad exec, led partnerships, strategy and data monetization efforts for Red Ventures, CBS and CNET Media Group. At Criteo, she is responsible for scaling Criteo’s enterprise solutions among enterprise marketers and retailers in the Americas, including Commerce Max, Criteo’s new self-service, demand-side platform, which rolls out to key markets in 2023. Commerce Max began its initial stage in the first half of 2022 with two clients: Best Buy and GroupM.

“It’s an exciting time to be at the intersection of retail media and performance marketing,” said Cochrane.

Finally, Ned Samuelson, a 10-year company vet, will be upped to managing director, growth.

Criteo reports its Commerce Media Platform connects 22,000 marketers and thousands of media owners to strong consumer experiences, from product discovery to purchase.
