MiQ Selects Stokes As Global President, Talent And Operations

MiQ, a programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies, named Kristen Stokes global president of talent and operations to sustain long-term business growth.

Stokes reports to Sean Reardon, Global CEO and U.S. CEO of the company. Her remit is to develop global systems and processes to ensure MiQ leverages data in assessments and equitability.

Previously, she was managing director, global high tech as a service, at Accenture, helping clients navigate the XaaS business models.

Before that, she spent a decade at Motorola Solutions. Earlier, she held several leadership roles at Aon Inc. and Motorola Mobile Device Business.

“My vision for transformation is taking something remarkable and shaping it to be …  faster, smarter and scalable to support an exponentially larger company. MiQ doesn't need a revolution. We need an evolution,” Stokes told Agency Daily.

“I want us, in near real-time to leverage data to benchmark and quantify performance. Not just financial performance, but operational and personal performance, as well. Giving us an unparalleled ability to anticipate and react to internal and external challenges. It's all about being as agile as we can, while supporting our fast-paced growth and expansion,” she added.

The Stokes appointment follows MiQ’s acquisition of AirGrid, a privacy-first audience platform. The deal positions the company to help shape a cookieless future for clients. MiQ also recently partnered with Bridgepoint, a UK-based private-equity firm, to further growth and scale.

Headquartered in London, MiQ has offices across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
