Jo Kinsella, president of InnovidXP, the measurement unit of ad-tech company Innovid, has announced that she is leaving the company.

Kinsella was president of TVSquared when it was acquired by Innovid for $160 million in March 2022.

Kinsella "played a key role during our acquisition of TVSquared and recently wrapped a successful integration of the platform into our flagship measurement offering," InnovidXP, stated Innovid CEO and co-founder Zvika Netter. "We thank her for her vision, leadership, and collaboration and wish her well on her future endeavors. We continue to be laser focused on our mission — the delivery, personalization and measurement of converged TV.”

In a LinkedIn post, Kinsella said she wants "to help communities" and "mentor others so the next generation of innovation can make a difference to our world."
