7 Knots Digital, a B2B data services company, has named Justin Berger as chief operations officer.
Berger will oversee demand generation, email marketing, audience development, data research, and campaign management. He will also build a team.
Previously, Berger was demand generation executive Kibo Commerce, a Vista Equity Partners company.
Prior to that, Berger ran digital marketing at Monotype and revenue marketing at Olapic, a firm later acquired by Monotype. He has spent most of his career in B2B SaaS and media services, and has also served at Arizent (formerly SourceMedia).

Berger will report to Karklins in the new role. Karklins adds that hiring Berger brings Knots “onto a new playing field with a best-in-class team to continue our growth in 2023."
