Marianne Stefanowicz has been hired as Chief Community and Communications offers for the Mother agency.

Based in Los Angeles, she reports to CEO Peter Ravailhe and will work closely with Teri Miller, president and the heads of both the Mother LA & Mother NY offices. Miller was hired in May 2022 to drive business growth.

Stefanowicz is a longtime agency vet, holding posts at TBWA\Chiat\Day, TBWA Worldwide, Droga5 and TBWA\MAL.

Most recently, she was CCO at TBWA Media Arts Lab.

Last year, the creative agency revamped its mission to “Make Our Children Proud” to rejigger how Mother operations — from client partnerships to investments.

Ravailhe called herleadership “crucial in leading us into the next generation of Mother.”

Mother, an independent agency, also has offices inLondon and Shanghai.

Clients include Dave & Buster, Target and Panera in New York and Sonic, Postmates and Quip in LA.
