True Media Canada Hires Anderson To Head AG Accounts

True Media Canada selected Ed Anderson to head media and strategy for the agency’s agriculture portfolio, which includes that includes Corteva, TELUS AG, Acadian Plant Health and AGI.

Prior to this, Anderson had been at McCann as a senior planner, agriculture media. He returns to True Media Canada, where he had previously been a senior media planner.

Michelle Menard, VP, media director, True Media Canada, said: “We are on track to double ag billings in 2023. We wanted to bring in a practice leader with the broad-ranging experience and gravitas to really fuel that growth, deliver exceptional client experiences and manage our dedicated ag team.”

Anderson will lead True Media Canada’s growing portfolio of ag clients, as well as work with True Media’s U.S. offices.

Earlier, Anderson was director of Canadian media for the Jordan Group, and at Ad Farm agri-business, where he managed the Bayer Crop Science portfolio for Canada, as well as DSA Baron, handling all of AdFarm’s media business.
