Privacy Platform Cassie Hires 4 U.S. Executives

UK-based consent platform Cassie is expanding its presence in the U.S. market, adding four executives to its leadership team. 

The new hires include:

  • Kate Price, head of marketing: 
  • Matthew Dorey, head of service delivery.
  • Daniel Tomlinson, product manager.
  • James Crumpton, head of finance.

The expanded team reflects the increased demand for technology that helps firms meet data privacy laws, the firm says. Privacy legislation is on the rise in the U.S.

Cassie helps enables large organizations manage consumer consent and preferences across all touchpoints, it says. The platform, while agnostic, is particularly suited to highly regulated industries such as healthcare and finance, it adds.

Cassie started gaining in global markets after the EU launched the Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in 2016. The firm’s platform handles consent and preference management for brands collectively managing more than 1.2 billion customer records.
