Adobe Fixes Problems That Caused Partial Creative Cloud Outage

Adobe apparently has resolved issues that caused a partial worldwide outage of its Creative Cloud suite on Tuesday.

The company reports on its site that it faced 18 issues that began simultaneously, according to Apple Insider. They first were reported around 8:30 ET and were resolved by noon.

Adobe reports on its status page that Creative Cloud is available, that there is 1 major issue and 1 minor one in progress in Experience Cloud. Maintenance has been completed.

Document Cloud is available, as are Adobe Services and Adobe Experience Platform.

The issues affected PDF, Adobe Express, Adobe Fresco and Document Cloud Integrations, Apple Insider reports.

Apple Insider adds that the Creative Cloud service is “normally one of the most robust, with only rare outages.”
