With help from Havas and its ties to the music business via parent Vivendi, client Keurig is rolling out a limited-edition ice coffee kit called “Start Me Up,” after the song by The Rolling Stones.
The kit is dual-branded with Keurig sharing billing with the Stones’ iconic lips-and-tongue logo. It is available to purchase online at Keurig.com while supplies last.
According to the agency the main idea is to “channel the band’s electrifying spirit to help people turn up their summer with the perfect iced coffee experience at home, unlike ever before.”
The kit features the band’s logo on a custom-designed K-Ice Brewer and matching tumbler and a new “Start Me Up” K-Cup Pod iced-coffee blend.
Also part of the package: Access to what the partners call the first-ever curated and branded Spotify playlist by the band.
Havas gave shout-outs to Vivendi’s Universal Music Group and its brand management unit Bravado for helping to make the promotion possible. The kit was designed by goDutch.
