
Marketing automation platform Klaviyo has launched a tool
for fitness studios, salons and other client-based health services.
The new solution, Klaviyo for Wellness, will help such businesses “utilize key integrations to connect with their
clients on a deeper level, foster brand loyalty, and achieve sustainable growth,” says Andrew Bialecki, co-founder and CEO of Klaviyo.

Users can welcome new client with special promotions, confirm bookings and prepare each client for their visit, request feedback
following a visit, encourage one-time clients to become members and reactivate lost members.
According to Klaviyo, fitness studios, gyms, salons, barber
shops, spas and med spas can use Klaviyo for Wellness to:
- Personalize and connect their client experience
- Grow their bottom line
- Simplify their operations.
Klaviyo for Wellness is now being used by such brands as CorePower
Yoga, Heyday Skincare, and OVME.

Klaviyo helps businesses combine customer data with more than 300 integrations to automate personalized email and SMS communications, it says.
