Job Seekers Break Career Barriers in Kelly's New Jet-Fueled Spot

Job recruitment company Kelly is out with a new campaign anchored by an ad called “Sonic Boom.” It was created by agency Erich and Kallman.
The spot opens with a scene of a jet soaring through the clouds and breaking the sound barrier before panning down to an employer seated across from a prospective new hire.

As the two shake hands on an offer, they’re instantly blasted by high-speed tailwinds. A voice-over narrates the action, explaining: “Sound barrier go boom. Career barriers go boom.” It’s designed to communicate how Kelly eliminates barriers to career advancement for job seekers.
