Ready Set Rocket, an integrated agency, upped Kitty Tsang to Chief Strategy Officer, up from partner.

CEO Lauren Nutt Bello considers the move the next phase of leadership growth. She called Tsang “an exceptionally smart and talented cross-functional leader.” They jointly lead the agency.

Tsang joined RSR in 2012 as an intern and has held several strategy roles. In her new role as CSO, Tsang will drive the strategic vision for Ready Set Rocket and its client partners. She is also charged with integrating capabilities such as generative AI into the agency’s capabilities.

The New York-based digital agency's client list includes Puma, Sweetgreen, Univision, the NBA, Carnegie Hall, JP Morgan and Blackstone.
