AI At Your Service: The New Technology Reaches Email Field

The crowded email vendor space has a new entry – one with AI at the heart of its platform.

EmailThrive, a company formed by Google AI engineer Shakeeb Shams, helps firms send email campaigns, manage subscriber lists and automate marketing efforts, the company says.

The announcement is unusual in that it includes a touch of ambiguity: EmailThrive admits that it remains to be seen if its AI platform will outperform rivals in driving leads and conversions. The field is saturated with established players such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact.

Don’t take this as an endorsement – some of these other firms may offer the same things. But EmailThrive  argues that it provides these benefits:

  • Multiple campaigns – brands can send as many emails as their marketing strategy demands
  • Subscriber management –  firms can import contacts from Excel/CSV files, manage opt-ins, leverage autoresponders and segment lists
  • Insights – companies can track email opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints with charts and data tables; and identify trends, optimize strategies, and measure success with laser focus
  • Automation – users can free themselves  from repetitive tasks, i.e., scheduling automated mass emails and newsletters for optimal delivery times
  • Design – emails can be crafted with a drag-and-drop builder
  • Global reach – multilingual support to expand global presence

In addition to these benefits, EmailThrive says it offers tiered subscription plans for individual users, startups, and large enterprises.
