
Michael Olaye has been selected as
executive vice president-managing director, Western region, for Hero Digital. He is responsible for client strategy and setting regional goals, as well as creating growth opportunities for the
company.
Previously, Olaye served as senior vice president-managing director for strategy and innovation at R/GA. He was also a founding member of the U-Dox agency, forging partnerships with
adidas, Nike and New Balance.
In addition, he held posts as head of technology and innovation at Havas, chief technology officer at Oliver Agency, CEO/CTO at experience agency Dare in the UK,
and chief growth officer at The North Alliance.
His work has earned him multiple industry awards, including Cannes Lions, LIA, D&AD and Clios.

Hero Digital's client roster includes Zoom, Comcast, DirecTV and AirBnB.
