Oreo Discovers Goodness, Named DTC Agency Partner

The digital commerce agency Goodness has been asked to lead Oreo.com's growth as an ecommerce platform.

The new direct-to-consumer agency assignment means creating strategies that build a comprehensive online world for the cookie brand. It will also refine OreoID, the brand's custom cookie creator.

The first work will roll out before the end of the summer.

“Oreo DTC came to us with a clear vision for strengthening its relationship with its fans and driving growth,” said Goodness COO Donald Fierros. “We knew we had the right tools to help them reshape their entire ecommerce approach.”

Oreo is owned by parent company Mondelez. Goodness is the longtime digital agency for Clif Bar, another Mondelez product.

Goodness CEO Ryan Vanni said: “Goodness believes in putting the user first. Experiences that serve the consumer first and foremost always deliver the greatest impact.”

Introduced in the U.S. in 1912, Oreo is the world’s top-selling cookie, according to the company, offering more than 100 varieties.

The agency's brand work also includes California Olive Ranch, and Happy Family Organics.
