With summer officially here, and the Fourth of July on the horizon, Sanpellegrino is ready to break out the bathing suits.
The Nestlé-owned sparkling beverage brand partnered with swimwear designer Kenny Flowers on a “Swimfruits” limited-edition swimwear collection. “Swimfruits” features fruit-forward designs inspired by the brand’s flavor portfolio for its Italian Sparkling Drinks line: Aranciata, Limonata, Aranciata Rossa, Melograno & Arancia, and Pompelmo.
The brand collaboration follows the launch of Sanpellegrino’s Zero Grams Added Sugar Italian Sparkling Drinks line earlier this year across four flavor varieties: Blood Orange, Lemonade, Peach & Clementine, and Pomegranate & Orange. The design is also adorned with the brand’s signature red star logo.

According to a statement from Sanpellegrino senior marketing manager Sara Mayer, “Swimfruits” was designed with “vibrant patterns and high-quality fabrics that evoke the essence of Italy's sun-drenched coastlines and effortless elegance.”
Kenny Flowers founder Kenny Haisfield described “Swimfruits” as as a collection that “brings to life the colorful citrus fruits of the Mediterranean.”
That’s not out of line with Kenny Flowers' typical aesthetic. “"We often draw inspiration from the world's most beautiful beaches and coastlines,” Haisfield added, with “Swimfruits” attempting to “bring Italian summer to life.”
The “Sanpellegrino x Kenny Flowers Swimfruits” collection is available for presale on Kenny Flowers’ website beginning June 26. It features a one-piece swimsuit in sizes XS-XXL for $135; swim trunks in sizes S-XXXL for $88; and a sarong in sizes S/M or L/XL, for $39.
Following a launch campaign for the new Zero Grams Added Sugar line earlier this year, the activation will be the brand’s main marketing focus for the summer in support of its Italian Sparkling Drink. The brand promoted the collection with a poolside Instagram post yesterday teasing an upcoming announcement, promising further updates on the channel.
