
Omnicom precision marketing agency RAPP has promoted two executives to chief
marketing officer posts in the US and UK.
Ludovic Gougat was tapped for the U.S. and Tracey Barber for the UK.
The agency said the promotions were part of its effort in “driving
growth and building a more connected global network.”

Barber, previously SVP of client growth at RAPP U.K., has also held brand management, growth and marketing roles at IBM,
Lenovo, and various agencies within Omnicom, IPG and WPP networks.
Gougat was previously president of RAPP West and earlier held CRM media and brand advertising roles at Wunderman, Universal
McCann and Ogilvy.
The appointments follow the recent hires of Troy Hitch, global chief creative officer, and Amit Deshpande, chief technology
officer.
Major clients include Mercedes and Virgin Media O2.
