AI Locomotion: An Enterprise Platform With Message Variant Capability

MessageGears, the enterprise engagement platform once known primarily for email, is moving ahead on another front. It has renewed and enhanced its relationship with Jacquard, a brand messaging tool that uses AI.

Jacquard helps marketers generate content, while enabling continuous experimentation with live campaigns, MessageGears says. 

The new arrangement enables enterprise brands to automatically generate messaging variants across email, push notifications and SMS based on customer data, it adds.

“The ability for enterprise brands to create very unique, contextualized brand experiences for their customers while campaigns are in flight drives significant customer loyalty and stickiness,” says Caroline Nash, director of partnerships at MessageGears. 

Nash adds that the ongoing partnership with Jacquard allows it to offer “a set of scalable personalization tools to large organizations to quickly and efficiently speak the customer’s language.”

What’s the secret? Jacquard can generate up to 2,500 message variants from one brief in less than 30 seconds, utilizing AI, MessageGears claims. 

Marketers can also continuously improve live campaigns, ranging from abandoned cart reminders to seasonal promotions, it continues.
