Many things come to mind when remembering Elvis Presley: oversize shades, blinged-out jumpsuits, swinging hips and an enormous, enduring popular music catalog. But one thing fans have always had fun with was the fact that the King loved his banana, peanut butter and bacon sandwiches.
Introduced in 2021, the Elvis Whiskey brand embraced the King’s love of the sweet and savory meal with its own Midnight Snack Whiskey, “that delivers the hunka hunka burning love for peanut butter, banana and bacon flavor you’ve been dreaming of,” per the brand’s site.
Having joined forces with spirit-filled ice cream maker Tipsy Scoop, the duo recently released the Elvis Whiskey Midnight Snack flavor, described as “banana ice cream infused with Elvis Whiskey Midnight Snack (peanut butter-banana-bacon whiskey) and swirled with gooey peanut butter.” Each 16-ounce pint contains up to 5% alcohol by volume and can only be purchased by customers 21 and over.

Scoops are available at Tipsy Scoop “barlours” in 5-oz single and 9-oz double scoops, in addition to a 20-oz sundae served in a keepsake glass, in Manhattan, Brooklyn, D.C., Queens, The Bahamas, Nashville and Phoenix. Pints are available at a select few specialty retailers and hotels in major cities nationwide. National niche food delivery service Goldbelly also ships four packs of pints for $99.95.
The new ice cream is being promoted via email as well as on Tipsy Scoop’s TikTok and other social media channels.
The whiskey itself, available online and at select retailers nationwide, has three distinct varieties under its brand umbrella. Tiger Man is a straight Tennessee Whiskey, The King is a Tennessee Straight Rye Whiskey, and of course there's the aforementioned flavored Midnight Snack Whiskey. The officially licensed spirit is produced by Grain & Barrel in Charleston, South Carolina.
