Independent UK creative agency, Five by Five, has acquired TSA, the London-based influencer, social media and content creation agency. Terms weren’t disclosed.
TSA clients include Drink Me Chai, Laithwaites and Malibu.

The two agencies have been working together for a number of years on accounts like the recent Jack Daniel’s win (social and digital) for Five by Five. They’ve also worked together on brands including Tequila Patron and Screwfix.
Harry Foyle, who founded TSA during the pandemic four years ago, will lead the now combined Five By Five/TSA influencer and social media offering, reporting to Annabel Mackie, managing director of Five By Five.
Five By Five was founded in 1979 in London and now has offices in Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles as well. Clients include Activision, National Trust, Fortnite and Bacardi.
