
Performance marketing and
retail media agency MindgruveMacarta named Haven Brady vice president, integrated strategy.
Brady will lead brand, marketing, commerce and lead generation programs for global clients.

Prior to his hire, Brady served as the Chief Marketing Officer at USClaims.
His past posts include director of digital marketing and customer acquisition at MDVIP, a
Goldman Sachs Co., and director of global marketing and digital strategy at Laureate Education Inc.
MindgruveMacarta recently announced a merger with Icon Commerce, the largest independent
commerce agency in the Midwest. In September, it become one of Emarketer's first retail media data partners in LATAM.
