Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate just got a brand refresh.
The "We Know" ad campaign showcases the brand's expertise in home buying and lifestyle services. Siltanen & Partners Advertising did the creative work, which is running in Better Homes & Garden magazine and online.
The spot's new tagline: "Nobody Knows Homes Better" highlights the personalized, concierge-level service. The timing dovetails with the Federal Reserves cuts and rising mortgage applications.
The new campaign touts the brand’s commitment to boutique-level service. Affiliated agents and brokers, considered “personal property curators,” offer a personalized approach to help buyers find the best home for their lifestyle.
