Memphis agency Archer has named Sue Batterton its Chief Creative Officer, effective Dec. 2.
Previously, Batterton was CCO at The Richards Group, working on the Biltmore Estate, MD Anderson Cancer Center, RAM and JEEP accounts.
Prior to joining TRG, she was ECD at BBDO Minneapolis. Earlier, she worked at Brunner as an associate creative director. She began her ad career as a copywriter at McKinney.
Archer CEO Rob VanGorden called Betterton “a creative leader, gifted storyteller and new business savant. She will be an inspirational, empathetic leader to Archer employees and clients alike.”
Archer’s client roster includes Palm Beach Tan, Wind Creek Hospitality, American Snuff Company, Riverbeat Music Festival and Capital Farm Credit.
