Uovo Shoes Debut In U.S., Gain 'Footing'


Uovo means egg in Italian. Global footwear brand Uovo (pronounced woh-voh) believes the egg symbolizes new beginnings and expresses that philosophy on its website: "As a company, we strive to step forward with thoughtfulness and purpose, over and over."

Ad agency Magic Camp has taken that to heart in a new campaign, with the tagline "Find your footing."

The brand debuts in the U.S. this week.

The spot targets millennial men and combines functional fashion with emotional aesthetics. The agency and brand have mapped out a two-year product launch road map.
