Publicis Groupe’s creative boutique network LePub is expanding to the US in January with a hub in New York and founding clients Barilla and Heineken.
The New York office will be led by President Lea Mastroberti, Chief Strategy Officer Katy Alonzo and Head Of Strategy Cecilia Diaz, with additional creative leadership appointments to be announced in the coming weeks.

Mastroberti joins the company from Accenture Song where she was New York-based head of account management. Earlier she was executive group account director at Droga5.
Alonzo joined the company in September as Chief Strategy Officer at Publicis creative unit Le Truc and is adding CSO duties at LePub U.S. Earlier she served in senior strategy roles at agencies Venables Bell and Partners, Mother and Droga5.
Diaz joins from Anomaly where she was group strategy director and earlier was group strategy director at Droga5.
The U.S. team will report to LePub Global CEO Bruno Bertelli, and Susie Nam, CEO, Publicis Creative U.S.
LePub is also expanding to Bogota, London and Dubai next year. It was founded in 2020 and currently has offices in Milan, Rome, Amsterdam, São Paulo, Mexico City, Singapore, and Johannesburg,
The network is positioned as a creative connector of “product, commerce, technology and experience to create brand innovation that resonates in culture, at scale.”
